Each year the world’s most talented chefs, culinary influencers, and wine experts gather at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman for the annual Cayman Cookout, where FIMI has successfully secured and negotiated an event partnership on behalf of Marriott for the last three years. We’ve continued to grow the partnership each year with several elevations, including everything from a private catamaran excursion with Rick Bayless where he prepares ceviche on board, to a private cooking demo and table talk with Eric Ripert in the owner’s suite. From the planning of the partnership components and contracting, through to the onsite hosting and guest experiences, FIMI handles it all from start to finish.
