We worked with Nike and producer/DJ Morgan Page on custom mixes for Nike’s Training Club.
In order to upload trainer-guided workouts to YouTube with custom tailor-made mixes, we worked with Nike’s team, per specs from the trainers, and the artist to produce the mix as well as license the original music featured in the mix from all controlling parties – the various record labels, publishers, etc.
Boohoo needed music for their digital ads, particularly for running ads on TikTok that fit the platform as far as short snippets of music for people to do dances to, as well as a longer form jingle including original lyrics that incorporate the brand. FIMI worked with them on fleshing through their scope of work, sourcing and contracting music producers, writers, and vocalist, to produce the original content from inception. Resulting in 5 original pieces of music all of which were ‘work for hire’ and are owned outright by Boohoo to use as they see fit, in perpetuity.
As a follow up project to booking and facilitating a Rita Ora performance at W Hotels’ Wake Up Call Festival in Dubai, FIMI worked on behalf of Marriott to license a Rita Ora song for use in a promotional video piece for airing on Marriott’s global hotel in-room TV network.
We worked with Rita Ora’s management, record label, and the various global publishers for the multiple writers of the song to negotiate and contract the synchronization license and confirm the creative and usage.
