Delta SkyMiles Experiences is a program designed to drive loyalty and engagement with Delta’s top-tier customers. SkyMIles members can use their earned miles to obtain tickets and exclusive access to high profile events and experiences. FIMI was brought on as the exclusive agency of record for the program over 10 years ago, and helped build it from the ground up. Each year, we procure over 150 experiential partnerships across entertainment, culinary, sports, lifestyle, music, festivals, and fashion. These partnerships range from multi-event deals with major producers such as Dick Clark and Live Nation, to individual deals with talent. FIMI also oversees Delta’s internal sponsorship assets for the program, ranging from league teams in the NFL, NBA, and MLB, to individual events like the Grammys. We manage everything from A to Z including overall program strategy and management, budget allocation, redemption pricing, creative, marketing, CMS and website management, customer communication, event logistics, onsite hosting, and reporting.
