Wake Up Call Festival in Dubai

Wake Up Call is an annual international music festival hosted by W Hotels. W asked FIMI to secure the festival’s lineup in Dubai to showcase their new international property, W Dubai – The Palm. We booked artists across three days and three stages for a total of 18 global artists, including Rita Ora, Disclosure, and RÜFÜS DU SOL. FIMI handled lineup strategy, industry outreach, negotiations, and contracting as well as managing all artist partnerships leading up to and on-site at the festival. We also helped to plan, strategize, and execute the global marketing campaign including targeted emails, radio promotion, media interviews, paid social media, website content, and PR. The festival was a well-rounded entertainment & hospitality experience with our artist deals including VIP offerings such as private yoga class with Rita Ora, a pre-party with Disclosure, and a ping pong tournament with RÜFÜS DU SOL.
